Love this app! Very convenient and the find my vehicle option is very useful.

Living in Florida, rain happens often and out of nowhere. There is not much worse out there than having to feed a meter standing in a storm. With this app, I can stay dry and happy when parking outside. Also, I love being able to extend my parking time from my phone. Allows me to spend more time with my friends and family instead of running out to feed the meter. Easy and convenient!

Literally after the last update the app doesnt work at all it cant connect. Very frustrating when you make multiple stops at work and now have to feed the menu. Please fix the bugs

Technology fails, but this app seems to not work fairly consistently. Ive also been ticketed 3 times while using the app. Of course providing proof to my state got the tickets taken away, but frustrating to have to go through the appeal process. All I can say is get the app working.

This app had been working fine until the 4.2.2 update. After 10 minutes of trying to start a new parking session (and after restarting both the app and my phone) I was unable to get a session to begin. I then had to go back outside to find the paybox (which I did) only to find out when I returned to my phone that there was a session running. Ive now paid twice for the same session and am very unhappy about that. Please fix the bugs youve rolled out to us.

FORTY minutes for a password reset and credit card update. Embarrassingly slow password reset replies from their server. ZERO customer service. Countless app crashes. Pathetic.

Doesnt work at all for me right now. Emailed support and didnt get a response yet.

The latest update ruined this app. I tried to use it to pay for parking today and it kept saying lost connection. I had to use a pay box to pay for parking instead. Garbage app.

Thank you for the ease of use app & amazing service. Makes parking and paying for it so much more convenient. Killer app

Terrible first time user experience. Costed me $ to find out that once you start a session there is no indication on the meter that you are not parked in violation. So, be paying these guys, meter is drill red, get a ticket, and then try to prove that you were paying someone and shouldnt be fined? What the heck kind of business is this? A scam as far as I could tell. Wondering if the stickers where illegally placed on meters to trick people. And this is not plainly stated on the meter or in the app. Avoid this scam.

I have found this app to be really useful. I park every day in one of 3 lots in town and it makes payment trivial. I have both of our cars in the app and can easily switch between cars and lots. No mistakes in the 9 months I have been using it. And no tickets because I didnt have change!

This was recently added to an area I frequently park at. I used it my first time seeing it on the meters, because I mistakenly thought it was the only way to pay now. I still had quarters, but I ended up paying their fee and going through the fairly lengthy registration process. Then I come back to my car to find a parking ticket. I immediately contacted customer support, who take a week to get back to me and were not helpful at all. By that time I had gotten it sorted out with the local parking office (who told me that my license plate—entered correctly in the system—had not shown up as paid but they trusted the receipt). So in conclusion it didn’t work for me, and the customer service was largely unresponsive and unhelpful

Really- the level of convenience this app affords is off the hook. Extremely handy. Holds a history- comes in helpful when you are an independent contractor traveling a lot and can write off these things on taxes. Overall, just a fantastic app.

Ive used this app for 6+ months and love the convenience in exchange for small surcharge. When we made an accidental double booking using an incorrect auto Park Mobile support basically said "too bad." Any user would figure that the surcharge is for service is incorrect. Instead, Parkmobile claims it has no business contact with the parking owner. Any double billing questions would have to come from the user directly to the lot owner. Pretty much a complete customer fail imho.

Simple and user-friendly. I understood how to use it quickly and it took just a minute or two to sign up.

This app is designed in such a way that when you forget to "end" your session they will continue to charge you. Its a very poor user experience, and the FAQ basically says "too bad." So when I parked for 20 minutes this morning and forgot to hit the button when I left, it never said anything until 12 hours later and it cost me $20. App deleted, will never use again. PayByPhone (used in Seattle) has a much better design that does not allow this to happen.

On Jan 30 2016 (2 pm) I used this app for parking in Clearwater beach, FL and got a ticket. I ended up paying it coz I didnt want to set up a court date and waste my time just for a parking ticket. Maybe it was the policemans fault but I think the app owners or team should have better arrangement with law enforcement officers. I think its unreliable, a waste of money and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I use the ParkMobile app all over Michigan and when traveling across the country. It is so convenient and extremely user friendly! My only wish is that the ParkMobile app could be used in the City of Detroit!

Easy to navigate, but can be slow.

Super easy to find and pay for parking. Loaded personal and business credit cards to easily manage expense tracking. Excellent!!
