ParkMobile - Find Parking App Reviews

In the past, this app worked fairly well. Clean design, simple and did the job right. The reminders could be a bit of a nag. Lately its been completely useless, however, not remembering my sign-in credentials. Also, it doesnt "remember" when I allow Touch ID to store my password. The last thing I want to do is remember a password for an app I use once or twice a month. And it makes me nervous that my credit card info is out there with a company that cant get such a simple thing right.

I like the app, makes paying for parking quick and easy, especially when Im running late. Not sure its worth paying an extra $.55 though so I generally only use it when Im running late and dont want to stop at the meter.

Easy to use. Has the ocassional hiccup but its better than using the parking meters. My only complaint is that i am sometimes logged out after the app is updated.

Works great! No more digging for loose change or racing back to the car just to find you are late and have a gift on the windshield waiting for you.

I dont like that they cant remember my use name and password. Plus it is somewhat pricey. Other than that it does the job.

This app has changed the way I do business in the City, allowing me to "plug my meter" while I work. No more need to run out and catch the meter maid as they are writing the ticket (or towing the car!). Thank you for this great app.

Its nice to be able to extend from a block over.

Nothing fancy but it works well. Wish I could find zones by location. Sometimes I have to walk back to remember zone.

I use it all the time for work in Miami Beach and dont have to worry about carrying change or reloading meters!

The idea is great but the execution is horrendous. Writing this review because the app has a bug where it schedules sessions for no reason on iOS 9.3. Went out to lunch, paid for a 1 hour session (with no time added). Nine hours later, I discover that after our one hour was up - the app created an entirely separate session of 9 hours. $36 that Ill never see again for a parking session I hadnt requested or used.

Great app and service! Very easy and convenient.

I live in Indianapolis and I use this app any time I have to pay for street parking. An Apple Watch app that shows how much time is remaining and lets me extend the current session would also be very cool.

I use the app for daily, fixed fee parking at my local commuter train station. It has been a huge improvement over the prior arrangement - a step into the modern era and the elimination of a near-daily source of aggravation. Previously, it was necessary to pay the daily fee at a machine. While this option still exists, I avoid it like the plague. The machines have a years-long history of being temperamental: Refusing to accept cash, rejecting perfectly good credit cards, crashing etc. This performance often had to be undertaken with a train pulling into the station and 3 other commuters in front of you in the line for the parking machine. Now that this app has been introduced at this location, its goodbye to all that! I just walk casually past the lines of frustrated parkers angrily jamming credit cards in and out of the old machine, paying for my own parking with a few taps on the way past. On one occasion, I had to make a trip out of town on short notice during the workday, necessitating an overnight stay. Previously, there would have been no way to avoid a ticket for the following days unpaid parking. However, I was able to pay for day 2 using the app in just a few taps from 300 miles away. I have not used the app in an hourly parking situation so cannot comment directly on that here. However, I would note that the app keeps me very well updated on the expiration of my paid parking, through both emails and text messages. Its been great.

I chose 45 min to park and it showed me it was going to charge me $2.35- I accepted - instead it then immediately charged me $40.35 for 10 hours of parking!!!! Scary!!! I deleted the app right away!

This app was excellent before the last update (March 2016). You cant select a different vehicle when you go to park. It wants to add a new vehicle. If you add your vehicle back in, it tells you it already exists. Also, your vehicle list is empty in settings. If you login on the mobile website, you cannot get into the Settings. It just logs you out. Please fix, or better yet, revert back to the last version and LEAVE IT ALONE!

Please fix ASAP!!!

The app freezes after selecting a zone. I rely on this app, it is frustrating when it breaks.

I used ParkMobile about ten times to pay for parking and received two tickets because of foul-ups with the service. On the most recent occasion I paid more than $5 for parking and received a $20 ticket that was not reversed on appeal. If you dare to use this service BE VERY CAREFUL the tiniest mistake will get you a parking ticket.
