ParkMobile - Find Parking App Reviews

This app was such a life saver but now it shuts down before I can key in my zone!!! I cant use it at all anymore:(

All my other vehicles are no longer available, and when I try to add them back, it tells me theyre duplicates and part of my account already. How can you screw that up?!?!? Please fix this!

Who carries change anymore, and no one wants to be pulling out their credit card in public on the sidewalk! This is the perfect app for the Urbannite!

Used to be great and work. Now it just crashes non stop even with the latest update.

Changing cars brings to "add" screen. But then I get warning that vehicle already exists. So I cant use it. Im a businessman and dont have time for this. I looked like an idiot messing around and should have looked confident.

This is the worst app in the universe. Every time I go to use it, I find another way that it is loathsome and stupid. The "notice" feature is without any customization, unless you call "On" and "Off" a wide range of customization. One cannot simply add time. You have to reenter the information. You cant tap the ending or ended session to add time. YOU HAVE TO REENTER THE INFORMATION. My cat hates it, too and demands that he be allowed to give it NO STARS

Cant change vehicles, cant add vehicles. How can you mess up one of the most important features of an app and think its okay to publish it?

Apparently your last update has changed this app. It worked fine. It was wonderful. Now Im getting constant "network error" warnings so I cant pay for my parking space. Also it wont let me change between my 2 vehicles. If I go to my vehicle list its blank. If I try to add my vehicles back onto the list it says they are already entered. Please fix it.

What was once a simple and useful app now only works for me 50% of the time. Cannot change from the default vehicle. If you try you are prompted to add another vehicle. When you do it says it is a duplicate. If you go to Settings and click Vehicles it doesnt show any, not even the default. This makes for a very stressful experience as youre running for the train in the morning. Stick to the website until this is fixed.

App no longer lists my 2 vehicles to select which is parking, but wont let me add them back in, saying they are duplicates. Circular and so frustrating. Has rendered app completely unusable for me.

Now I can not pay for two cars, fix that now!

Please fix. I havent been using it because of not being able to switch cars. Must be a lot of lost revenue. Update: I deleted and reinstalled and it seems to work now. They should fix that problem, but at least for me there was a solution.

The older versions were much better. This version seems to crash a lot, locks up, freezes, forget your settings, loses your history, and is generally fairly useless. I stopped using Parkmobile except when I absolutely have to

My credit card number was compromised and I tried to add the new one I received from the bank. App saying my limit has been reached for credit cards. Reached out to customer service and they cant give me an answer on how to add my new credit card. Say they cant delete the old one. Pretty ridicules I imagine I am not the only one whom needs to update credit card info for more than 2 or 3 cards.

This latest update destroyed the app. My vehicles no longer display and when I try to re-enter them it says they are already saved. Im trying to park and it will not recognize my vehicle.

Something happened with this late update that managed to allow me to sign in but not access any of my saved vehicle or payment information. I was/am effectively locked out from using it due to their shoddy development practices. Super frustrating.

My credit card was double charged for the same parking session using this app, which is unacceptable, but gets worst: The ParkMobile company just ignore my messages through their website. I received an automated message with the support number #192767 more than a week ago and have no news since, even writing new emails questioning about my case. Now Im trying to get help from the Miami Beach Parking Authority to review my case and get my refund. Please, reader, save your money and time and try to find a street machine to pay for your parking. Its safe and works. Just to give you an idea, because of the double charge, I paid more than $40 to park for 4 hours in Miami Beach and now the company just ignore my messages. And on the next block there was a street machine to pay for the park. I really hope the ParkMobile company reply my messages. Ill not give up. And you, dear reader, save yourself from the headache and avoid this app.

Similarly to other complaints, my saved vehicle list has been erased. When I try to re-input data, I receive an error that they are already saved vehicles. Very frustrating...

Works most of the time, a few issues here and there. Better than using cash at the meter.

This is the easiest way to pay for parking. I hated standing in line every day or specifically Sundays when I went to get brunch at a popular spot. Id be in line for over 15 minutes.
