Ticket first time and not great customer service
This was recently added to an area I frequently park at. I used it my first time seeing it on the meters, because I mistakenly thought it was the only way to pay now. I still had quarters, but I ended up paying their fee and going through the fairly lengthy registration process. Then I come back to my car to find a parking ticket. I immediately contacted customer support, who take a week to get back to me and were not helpful at all. By that time I had gotten it sorted out with the local parking office (who told me that my license plate—entered correctly in the system—had not shown up as paid but they trusted the receipt). So in conclusion it didn’t work for me, and the customer service was largely unresponsive and unhelpful
