Nice app, poor customer service on double billing
Ive used this app for 6+ months and love the convenience in exchange for small surcharge. When we made an accidental double booking using an incorrect auto Park Mobile support basically said "too bad." Any user would figure that the surcharge is for service is incorrect. Instead, Parkmobile claims it has no business contact with the parking owner. Any double billing questions would have to come from the user directly to the lot owner. Pretty much a complete customer fail imho.
